Hotel Diplomat & Villa Dagmar
Identify problem areas and create solutions for a more user friendly and accessible experience while navigating the websites.
Summary
I created solutions for a more user friendly and accessible navigation experience. Updated their menu, footer, newsletter sign-up, booking form, links and buttons. Added a 'book' button for quick and easy access to different bookings (room, dining, meetings) and a 'book your stay' bar to encourage room booking. Based on analysis of solutions by other hotels and observation of user behavior. 
Overview
I observed users on the websites and analyzed their behaviors. I researched other hotels and analyzed their navigation solutions. Combining these analysis allowed me to identify problems and work on solutions for them through sketches and wireframes. Before creating a prototype in Figma I developed simple design systems based on respective brand guidelines so prototyping would go faster and quicker to change details. High-fidelity prototypes of the main solutions were then created and discussed with the marketing team and developers.
I aimed to create identical build of the design for respective hotel so future upkeep of the websites would be more efficient.

Problem
The Wix website wasn't very accessible or responsive and all around broken and not working out with their brand guidelines and their ideas of how they wanted the website to look and feel.

Created solutions for a more user friendly and accessible experience on their website based on their graphic profile, user observation, the needs of the intended user groups and accessibility guidelines.
